MD and lead developer of Gemixin Ltd, Gemma McLean is available to provide a variety of training services.
As a first class honours graduate in the field of Multimedia Computing she has specialist knowledge and industry experience of several topics including virtual worlds, games development and other computing skills.
Before forming Gemixin Ltd, she worked as a part time lecturer at Coventry University, teaching a Second Life introductory module.
For Gemixin Ltd, she has provided training for the University of East
London teaching a mixture of staff and students a variety of subjects
ranging from the basics of Second Life to creating AI chat bots. She has also trained members of the Coventry City Former Players Association on the use of the Wordpress web tool.
Sessions can take on the form of interactive workshops with a mix of
demoing and hands on activities, and can be tailor made to suit specific needs.
